Tasting Notes

The 2023 Macon-Villages Clos Saint-Pancras, raised in foudres, has gained a little more detail on the nose since I tasted it from barrel last year. Bright and malic. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity, spicier than I recall with good weight on the finish. Worth seeking out-this is classy for an entry-level cuvee!
